January household, the monthly gathering of all JY’s in the area, happened at the Emprayil house on January 18th.
Jonathan Cyriac shared the reflection for the month, reflecting on the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the question of ‘Do I have a heart?’, i.e. to examine our capacity for compassion, selflessness, and solidarity in an increasingly fragmented world. Many shared their own reflections on this topic and we spent time in prayer and fellowship afterwards.
Justina and Jemma lead the children in an activity reflecting on the Sacred Heart of Jesus, which is beautifully captured in the main picture here.
We ended the night in fellowship over dinner.
